Founded by Mike Vierow and Sarah Hudson, who ran executive leadership, capability building and coaching programs at McKinsey & Company, SPARK Capability Labs was created to help leaders at all levels grow their capability and impact in the real world.

Mike is a people leadership and transformation expert with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams of 100+. He has worked across financial services, retail, healthcare, aviation, and heavy industry. Combining hands-on leadership experience with strong commercial and financial expertise, Mike also focuses on helping people leaders develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to navigate change and lead their teams effectively.

Sarah is an ICF-accredited, ex-McKinsey coach who is passionate about helping leaders grow, whether through capability-building programs or coaching. Sarah designs highly engaging, practical sessions that combine interactive exercises, group discussion, and reflection. Leaders consistently report that her programs create immediate, actionable impact in day-to-day leadership, improving team performance, collaboration, and confidence.

Together, Mike and Sarah design and deliver programs that are hands-on, interactive, and grounded in real workplace challenges. Every session focuses on helping leaders not only understand key concepts but also practice and embed them so they can make meaningful change that lasts.
