MASTERING MANAGEMENT

For Managers to build self-awareness, and develop their capacity to lead down, up and across with confidence. Focus areas include trust, prioritisation, difficult conversations, coaching, delegation, influencing and communicating with presence.

Format

Two full in-person days, scheduled two months apart to allow time to apply and embed the learning from Day 1 before building further capability in Day 2.

Capped at 16 participants to ensure meaningful discussion, personalised feedback and plenty of hands-on practice for every leader in the room.

A two-hour online integration session will be held approximately one month after the second in-person day to reflect on application, share insights, and address questions.

Learning outcomes

    Deliver clear, constructive feedback with confidence.

    Use a simple, practical coaching model to grow team skills.

    Support team members to navigate transitions and uncertainty.

  7. Delegate with Impact
    Build ownership, accountability and capability in others.

  8. Influence Others Without Authority
    Gain stakeholder buy-in through impact, not title.

  9. Communicate with Presence
    Present with clarity and confidence in everyday leadership moments.
